The Conference mobile app offered by Australian Energy Producers ACN 000 292 713 (“Organiser” or “Australian Energy Producers”) is a stand alone app that allows you to have all information about the Conference & Exhibition, including access to the attendee listing, in the palm of your hand. It is made available to all delegates and attendees and allows you to plan your days with an in-depth agenda of all the sessions including the topics, speakers and relevant information, you can network by connecting with fellow delegates, and also make appointments with exhibition stands.
If you Opt In to disclose your details available on the Conference mobile app, then your default details, such as your first name, last name, organisation, address, mobile number, email address and your previously uploaded photo, will be displayed on the attendee listing. You can change your privacy settings and choose the details other attendees can see within the Conference mobile app once you have downloaded it.
The Conference mobile app will be available immediately prior to the conference. Key information, including the attendee listing is accessible to delegates that have logged in via a unique attendee PIN only.
If you wish to have your personal information available via the Conference mobile app, select Opt In below or select Opt Out not to share your information. We recommend you elect to Opt In and have your details available on the Conference mobile app in order to gain the best networking opportunities during the event.
