What information you will need, to register for the Australian Energy Producers 2025 Conference & Exhibition

  • If the delegate is an Australian Energy Producers member. 
  • If the delegate is registering as a Student or an Early Career registration.
  • Full details of the delegate including their full name, business email address, billing details, and any dietary or special requirements.
  • A passport style headshot photo of the delegate, JPEG/eps format, colour or black and white, max size 5MB (for security purposes).
  • Credit card details, to secure an accommodation booking via the registration process.

Payment Information

  • All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer (EFT) or credit card.
  • Please be advised that a merchant fee of 2.3% will be incurred for all credit card payments.
  • If you are booking accommodation through this registration site, a credit card is required.

The Australian Energy Producers Conference continues to distribute world-class information to the industry through the Australian Energy Producers Journal, the official record of this flagship event. This online publication is internationally acclaimed and distributed world-wide.

The Australian Energy Producers Journal (2025) and Supplement 1, containing the Peer-reviewed Papers and Extended Abstracts of the Technical & Business Program, will be published online immediately before the Conference. The Conference Mobile App

The Conference mobile app offered by Australian Energy Producers ACN 000 292 713 (“Organiser” or “Australian Energy Producers”) is a stand alone app that allows you to have all information about the Conference & Exhibition, including access to the attendee listing, in the palm of your hand. It is made available to all delegates and attendees and allows you to plan your days with an in-depth agenda of all the sessions including the topics, presenters and relevant information, you can network by connecting with fellow delegates, and also make appointments with exhibition stands.

If you Opt In to disclose your details available on the Conference mobile app, then your default details, such as your first name, last name, organisation, address, mobile number, email address and your previously uploaded photo, will be displayed on the attendee listing. You can change your privacy settings and choose the details other attendees can see within the Conference mobile app once you have downloaded it.

The Conference mobile app will be available immediately prior to the conference. Key information, including the attendee listing is accessible to delegates that have logged in via a unique attendee PIN only.

If you wish to have your personal information available via the Conference mobile app, select Opt In below or select Opt Out not to share your information. We recommend you elect to Opt In and have your details available on the Conference mobile app in order to gain the best networking opportunities during the event.

The Attendee List is a highly regarded document that delegates use to enhance networking and collaboration at the Australian Energy Producers Conference & Exhibition. The Attendee List will be distributed pre and post the conference to all delegates registered at the time of distribution, and will include your full name, position, organisation, state and email address.
