Rigging is not permitted in the Start-Up Zone. Should you wish to utilise rigging, you will need to consider another position on the floorplan. To continue with your application, please acknowledge below.

Exhibition Size

Start-Up Zone Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for inclusion in the 'Start-Up Zone,' an organisation must be within its first four years of operation, as verified by Australian Energy Producers. An organisation may exhibit in the 'Start-Up Zone' only once, even if in subsequent years the organisation still meets the four-year eligibility criteria.

Preferred Exhibition Location

Please indicate the preferred locations for your exhibition space below. Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the floorplan, available in the prospectus here.


Australian Energy Producers will endeavour, where possible, to allocate you within your initial set of location preferences. If these locations are not available, the Exhibition Liaison will contact you directly to discuss alternative options before allocating you a location.

Start-Up Zone Application Review

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or allocation of a space within the Start-Up Zone. All applications will be reviewed based on the criteria, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Australian Energy Producers. The Exhibition Liaison will be contact shortly to confirm the outcome of your application, if you have any questions, please contact via email at exhibition@energyproducers.au.
